New Real Estate Agents – How to Make Your Listing Presentation Different From Everyone Else’s

by admin

When I started in real estate, was one of the first things I learned to create a registration package. In this package went all the bells and whistles that I have to convince a seller, I could adjust.

My presentations were first listing of a collection of things I would do to the prospects … I will still market their home and all the opportunities that my company has made a point of disposal. I had practiced my presentation in front of the mirror in front of my broker, in the office before my class, so I was ready.

And my first listing presentation happening exactly as I hoped it would. I was polite, professional and deep.

And still the advertising went to the other gal … one with years of experience.

I had the audacity to Mr. and Mrs. Seller that the other agents had said or done otherwise ask me, then I could learn to do better next time.

Of course, she said. It was essentially the same things in his series of quotations, as I had in me. But she asked whether they preferred someone with years of experience working at their trade or someone new in the industry.

Now, how can I compete with that? Well, now it’s been years and I am the only one with experience. And here is my advice to you if you work on your first listing date.

Appointment Announcement tips for new agents

First, it’s wrong ’til you do. There are many sellers who know a lot less than you about the sale of a house. You are interviewing is not always a group of high-powered agent. You have a chance. You never know. So, be polite, professional and deep.
Secondly, you ask many questions for the consultation to find out what is important for sellers before they begin to present something. Do not be afraid to talk about their experiences with brokers. Do not be afraid to discuss their objections. The sellers are more likely to hire you if they are at, listened and heard.
Third, closure of the practice. You can not set if you do not ask you to hire. This is not something you can practice alone in front of a mirror. You can find it, but you should live with a person who challenges you with real emotions practice.
